All gifts are shipped from Lewisville, Texas.

We are currently shipping UPS ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. UPS Ground will get to your city in from 1 - 6 days depending on how far from Texas you are. Please allow 2-5 days before shipping to allow time for embroidery. Select your shipping method accordingly. If you select Rush shipping, your order will ship in 1-2 business days. We will ship the fastest way, to get our package to you on the date you have provided. If time is very short, and the price shown does not cover the cost, the CHICKS will call or e-mail you to let you know if there is a difference. If you need your gift overnight, please call us at 972-977-0663 and we will try to accommodate your needs.

If your package must ship to a P.O. Box, we will take it to the nearest US post office and ship Priory Mail.

At Christmas, you will need to allow more time. You may need to select "Rush Shipping" if you order after December 8. This varies from state to state, depending on ship time from Texas. Also, embroidery may take more time at Mothers Day, Fathers Day & Graduation.

When orders are being shipped overseas, or to Alaska or HI, we will ship by USPS.

Chicks N Salsa guarantees product quality. Because these are custom products special attention needs to be taken to ensure spelling, grammar and or dates are correct. There are no returns once the products have been monogrammed.
Color of embroidery threads vary. Pink, for instance, can be medium pink, hot pink, light pink, etc. The interpretation of these colors mean different things to different people. Keep that in mind as you decide on your color choices. Also, size of monograms vary according to the item being monogrammed.
